This book tells the story of Jesus birth.  Invite students to critique the illustrations that are filled with amazing animated scenes. Older students could examine the illustrations and text in the light of connection and relevance to the text in the accounts of the Nativity as told in the Gospel of Matthew and the Gospel of Luke. 


Nativity

This app provides an interactive 3D experience that tells the story of the key subjects from the night that Jesus was born. The nativity scene is made from real photographs. Students can explore the scene by clicking and learn about how each person, animal, or structure relates to the Nativity. Older students could explore the meaning of the word “Nativity”. 

Christmas Nativity

Students create a personalised Christmas card using the Nativity Scene and share via class Blog or email. Students could design a nativity scene that reflects the Infancy narrative in the gospel of Luke or Matthew. They could write an appropriate Christmas blessing using the You Who Do Through structure.

Younger students will enjoy reading along or listening to this story as told in this interactive book. Older students could examine the text and compare it to the Gospel accounts.
